How to use Exam2

Instructor

Create an event

· In Exam2 Instructor app, enter a name for the “event” (exam, task, etc.)
· Set question availability window and optional duration
· Select the question PDF
· Add student IDs + student passwords
· Click "Create Event" (redeem coupon code)
· Make note of the Event Code + event password; save the receipt

Inform students of Event Code + student passwords

Students 

Download and install the Exam2 Student app

Prepare answers

· In Exam2 Student, enter Event Code + student password
· When question PDF is available, download it
· Prepare answer in ordinary word processor or other application
  (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument, PDF, RTF, TXT)

Upload answer files

· In Exam2 Student, select answer file to upload
· Click "Upload Now" and save the receipt

Instructor 

Download answer files

· In Exam2 Instructor, enter the Event Code + event password
· View list of answer files submitted, review timing compliance
· Select and download answer files
